I want to write this review to share the amazing experience I had working with my realtor Holly Erker. My house was a passion project; I renovated a 1960s mid century modern home in a historic Vegas neighborhood. Finding a realtor who not only understands how to properly market and price a vintage home was a challenge. Holly not only understands the history of the different neighborhoods, but also the design and architecture of the period and the value in today's market. She hired the best photographers and marketing team to highlight my home properly and was able to achieve a record price for any home ever sold in my neighborhood. Through the entire process she treated my house like her own and carefully screened every prospective buyer. I could not recommend her enough to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in vegas and in particular if you have an interest in buying or selling a classic home!
