Holly’s dedication to vintage homes is evident in her own personal projects. She fully restored a historic property in Paradise Palms, a mid-century modern neighborhood in Las Vegas. This meticulous restoration was recognized in 2024 by Nevada Preservation’s Home and History Tour and earned Holly a ten-page feature in Atomic Ranch Magazine. The exposure not only highlighted her work but also brought international attention to the Paradise Palms area and other iconic vintage Las Vegas neighborhoods. Encouraged by this success, Holly is now in the process of restoring her next home in the renowned Scotch 80s neighborhood.
Her expertise extends beyond restoration work; Holly also serves as a valuable resource for buyers and sellers in Las Vegas’s luxury vintage market. Her knowledge of architecture, history, and the unique character of these properties makes her an ideal guide for those seeking to purchase or sell in the area.
Outside of real estate, Holly is actively involved in her community. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Ballard Eagles Drill Team, a nonprofit organization in Seattle that supports an all-girls youth drill team. When not working, Holly enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, continuing to explore her love for travel and culture.
