Scotch 80’s

Scotch 80s, also known as Scotch Eighty, is an exclusive, 120-acre vintage neighborhood located at Charleston Boulevard and Rancho Drive in Central Las Vegas. The name “Scotch 80s” originates from the 80 acres of land purchased in 1911 by Las Vegas’ first mayor, Peter Buol, who secured the land with funds from Scottish investors.

This sought-after community, rich in history and charm, features a mix of homes built from the 1950s through the 1970s, along with more modern residences. The neighborhood is known for its spacious ranch estates, many set on several acres of land, and its distinctive mid-century modern style paired with vintage design elements that give it a timeless, 50s vibe.

Since its development, Scotch 80s has attracted a range of high-profile residents, including celebrities, entertainers, and influential figures from various industries. Notable past and present residents include Howard Hughes, Steve Wynn, Jerry Lewis, Mayor Oscar Goodman, and The Killers’ frontman Brandon Flowers. Today, it continues to be a prestigious neighborhood, drawing attention from both local and international figures, including media personalities and business moguls.
