McNeil, one of the most charming and sought-after vintage neighborhoods in Las Vegas, is located within the boundaries of Oakey Blvd to the south, Charleston Blvd to the north, Rancho Drive to the east, and Cashman Drive to the west. Known for its timeless appeal, McNeil was developed between 1947 and 1978, with most of the homes built in the 1950s and 1960s. It is sometimes referred to by various names, including McNeil Estates, McNeil Tract, McNeil Manor, McNeil Park, and Mason Manor.

The community consists of 513 custom homes, with sizes ranging from 1,250 to 6,500 square feet. McNeil’s architectural style is a mix of Ranch, Mid-Century Modern, and Desert Modern homes, offering unique character and charm. Many homes are custom-designed, though a few were built by the same developer.

Known for its oversized lots, which range from a quarter-acre to over two acres, McNeil is beautifully landscaped with Mulberry trees, lush grassy lawns, and iconic white picket fences.
